Delivery Date

The delivery date is selected at checkout. Availability is subject to your location and the number of deliveries booked on those dates. If a date is no longer available, it cannot be selected.

If a delivery date is not selected at checkout, our delivery partner will schedule a time within a 15 business day timeframe. In rare instances, planned deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control. In these cases, the delivery team will contact you to confirm.

Any amendments to scheduled delivery dates must be made via email directly to WFC at least 72 hours prior to delivery.

Risk in the products passes to you on commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Delivery Partner

We work alongside various transport companies servicing regional QLD. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout or as updated through our online team.

While specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, a four-hour delivery window will be confirmed for the day of delivery.

Standard Delivery Exclusions

A standard delivery does not include deliveries that:

  • Require more than two staff
  • Require access over a fence or balcony
  • Are above the second floor
  • Will take more than 20 minutes
  • Have restricted vehicle access or parking
  • Require a specific delivery time

All items are fully inspected before loading to ensure they are in perfect condition. Please notify us of any special delivery requirements in advance. A special delivery may be arranged but will incur an additional fee.

If you are not contactable or unable to receive the delivery in the agreed window, an additional delivery fee may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations deemed high risk or inaccessible. If so, you may use your own courier. In this case, insurance becomes your responsibility.

You agree to all shipping and handling charges shown at checkout.

We deliver most products throughout regional QLD. The delivery calculator on each product and cart page will confirm availability based on your postcode.

Delivery Methods

Delivery is to the ground floor. For multi-storey buildings, the delivery company will not go past the front door. Due to COVID-19 regulations, delivery may be limited to garages or front doors.

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. A signature is required upon delivery.

Delivery Failure

Ensure your delivery details are accurate. If your address is incorrect and the item is returned, you will be charged for redelivery. A contact phone number is required for the courier to arrange delivery.

If delivery cannot be completed due to customer error after 21 days or 2 attempts (whichever is sooner), your order may be canceled. In that case, we will refund the product cost minus delivery and handling fees.
