Welcome to Australia’s Largest Furniture Clearance Warehouse
We’re Australia’s biggest furniture clearance warehouse — and we do things a bit differently!
You can visit our showroom Monday to Thursday (8am–3pm) or Friday (8am–12pm).
Then, on select weekends, we open for our huge sale events.
Just a heads up: the week before a sale, our showroom and website close while we get ready with fresh stock and massive discounts.
About Our Sale Event Weekends
Every weekend event will be different with new furniture stock that comes into our warehouse. There is something new to find each time like a treasure hunt!
We sell end of line, excess stock, and deleted ranges from some of Australia’s leading furniture retailers at a fraction of the price!
You can update or refurnish any home and space without breaking your wallet!

How Sale Events Work
It's first in best dressed! We don't do holds, or laybys.
Our stock includes:
- Regular Stock - If we have a few of that particular piece in stock, you won't be receiving the one on the floor. You will be getting one that is still packaged and ready in one of our warehouses.
- One-off samples - These are one-off unique pieces we sometimes receive from suppliers. The one on the floor is the only one we have. Once it's gone, it's gone.
- Floor stock - This is usually the final piece of furniture we have. Sold as is, no refunds or exchanges.
We offer no further discounts — prices are final.
Delivery
We offer delivery to Brisbane and surrounds, up the Queensland coast (as far north as Cairns), west to Toowoomba, and also Sydney, Canberra, and parts of regional NSW.
Deliveries are outsourced to a variety of transport companies depending on your location. Delivery estimates can be found at the bottom of product pages or in your cart. Contact us directly to be connected with the delivery partner for your area.

Pick-Up Times
Pick-up is available during our opening hours and sale event weekends.
Monday - Thursday 8am to 3pm
Friday 8am to 12pm
Sale Event Weekends 8am to 4pm
If you are unable to collect during those times, please give us a call — we’ll work with you to arrange a suitable time or change over to delivery.
