If someone else is collecting on your behalf, please complete the Authority to Collect form below. A link is also provided after purchase and in your email confirmation. We are unable to release collections without this form completed.
To collect your order, you must come to the front counter and present the required information. We will then print 2 copies of your Tax Invoice for collection in our distribution warehouse.
