Delivery Availability

Delivery available throughout Brisbane metro and surrounding areas, including but not limited to: Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, and Warwick.

Delivery Time

The transport company will contact you within a week of purchase to confirm and lock in a delivery time. As furniture is a bulky item, delivery must be pre-arranged and confirmed with you. Delivery can take up to 15 business days depending on your availability and that of the delivery partner.

We outsource deliveries to multiple partners in this area, and they will contact you directly to coordinate. Risk in the products passes to you at the commencement of delivery. We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Delivery Partner

We work alongside various delivery companies for this region. Your order will be delivered to the address you provided at checkout or as updated with our Online Team.

Delivery partners are unable to guarantee specific times but will confirm a 4-hour delivery window. You'll receive a confirmation SMS approximately 24 hours prior to delivery, and a courtesy call about 1 hour before arrival.

Delivery Methods

Express Delivery

We offer express delivery for Brisbane, up to Cairns, west to Toowoomba, and to Sydney, Canberra, and parts of regional NSW. This service is purely delivery only and does not include assembly or rubbish removal.

Delivery is to ground floor or second floor only if there is clear and safe access. 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

Express Delivery Exclusions

Standard delivery does not include jobs that:

  • Require more than 2 staff
  • Require access over a fence or balcony
  • Are above the second floor
  • Will take more than 20 minutes
  • Have restricted parking or vehicle access
  • Require delivery at a specific time

Premium Delivery

Our comprehensive Premium Delivery service includes delivery of furniture, unpacking and assembling of items in the room/rooms of choice and removal of rubbish upon completion. This service does not include removal or disposal of old items. 

It is the customers responsibility to ensure a clear path and to have the area clear of all existing items before the delivery arrives.

*This service is only available for Brisbane, Gold coast and Sunshine Coast deliveries. 

 

Items are unpacked and inspected before loading to ensure they’re in perfect condition. Let us know if you have any special delivery needs — we can arrange this for an additional fee.

We offer AM or PM delivery windows only. If you're not available during the agreed window, an additional delivery fee may be charged.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to locations with high risk of loss/damage or those inaccessible with standard services. You may opt to use your own courier in these cases, and will assume full responsibility for loss or damage.

By placing an order, you agree to all shipping and handling charges shown at checkout. Delivery coverage includes most of South East Queensland. Use the postcode checker on product listings to verify eligibility.

Delivery Failure

Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at checkout. If an incorrect address results in a failed delivery, you will be charged additional fees to redeliver.

If delivery fails due to your error or unavailability after 21 days or two failed attempts (whichever comes first), we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund minus delivery and handling charges.
