Conditions of Purchase

  • First in, best dressed on event days (see our Event Page).
  • No phone purchasing facility available.
  • Cash, credit card, or EFTPOS payments accepted in-store.
  • Finance options are available online only.
  • We are a clearance house and only open on specific days throughout the year.
  • We do not hold products without a deposit.
  • All purchased items must be picked up within 3 weeks of purchase.
  • Pick-up times: Event Days 9am–3pm, Mon–Thurs 8am–2:30pm, Fridays 8am–12pm.
  • We are not open for pick-up on non-event weekends.

Refunds & Exchanges

We may offer a refund or exchange if:

  • The item is faulty and you were unaware of the fault at the time of purchase.
  • The item does not match the description or images provided.
  • The item does not perform as intended by the manufacturer.

If a part or product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, WFC Outlet will determine whether to repair or replace the item.

Refunds & Exchanges Will Not Be Granted If:

  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • You decide you cannot afford the item.
  • You found the item cheaper elsewhere.
  • The style, colour, or size is no longer suitable.
  • You were informed of a fault prior to purchase.
  • The item was damaged through misuse or neglect.

All refund requests must be accompanied by an original receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Measurements quoted on our website and affiliated platforms may vary slightly. Please measure items to ensure they fit your space prior to purchase.

Items Not Available

Occasionally, an item may appear on our website but be sold out in-store. If this occurs, we will do our best to find a suitable alternative at one of our events. Some products may be discontinued, meaning no additional stock will be available. Please speak to our staff at events for assistance in selecting a similar item.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to provide accurate delivery estimates, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. carrier issues, customs, or logistical challenges). We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates and are unable to offer refunds or compensation for minor delays, including those related to national wharf delays.

We appreciate your understanding and recommend considering potential delays when placing an order.

Warranty

Unless otherwise stated, all items purchased from WFC Outlet include a standard 12-month consumer warranty.

Delivery

Deliveries are fulfilled by a third-party delivery company.

Standard delivery areas: North of the Sunshine Coast to North Tweed Heads and west to Toowoomba. We also deliver to Sydney, Canberra, and parts of regional NSW.

Home Delivery Details

  • Our delivery partners cannot guarantee specific times but will provide a 4-hour window.
  • You’ll receive an SMS confirmation 24 hours before delivery.
  • A driver will call 30–60 minutes prior to delivery.

Standard delivery does not include:

  • Deliveries requiring more than 2 staff
  • Deliveries requiring access over fences or balconies
  • Delivery to above the first floor
  • Deliveries taking longer than 20 minutes
  • Deliveries over 5 cubic metres
  • Restricted access or parking
  • Requests for specific delivery times

All items are inspected before dispatch to ensure they’re in perfect condition. If you have special requirements, let us know when booking. Additional fees may apply.

Our delivery partners can indicate AM or PM windows but cannot confirm exact times. If you're not contactable or unavailable during your time slot, an additional delivery fee may apply. Delays in receiving your delivery beyond 14 days may incur storage charges.

Planning for Delivery

To ensure a smooth delivery, please consider the following:

  • Will the item fit through all entryways, including doors, halls, lifts, and stairwells?
  • Are there narrow staircases or spiral stairs?
  • Do you have delicate flooring (e.g. cork, vinyl, softwood) that could be impacted by equipment?
  • Does delivery require access over a fence or balcony?
  • Are there parking restrictions or access issues like steep driveways or low-hanging trees?

Our delivery team takes great care, but we are not liable for any damage not directly caused by us or resulting from specific delivery requests. If unexpected issues arise, additional fees may apply.
