15 Day Returns

We are sure you will love your furniture as much as we do. That’s why we offer 15 day returns.

You will be responsible for the actual shipping costs to facilitate a change-of-mind return. This includes the cost of shipping the item to you and the cost of return shipping. We also reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee for the return, inspection, and storage of the item.

You must contact us within the 15-day period via email at hello@wfc.com.au, including your invoice number, name, and contact details. We will respond via email or phone to confirm and proceed with the return.

Returned items must be in 'as-new' condition and in their original packaging. This means the items must not be used, assembled, damaged, washed, or laundered. If original packaging is unavailable, a handling and restocking fee of up to 20% may apply. Shipping costs are non-refundable once the service has been provided.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are excluded from change-of-mind returns:

  • Products described as "made to order"
  • Mattresses, bedding, pillows, and sofa covers
  • Clearance display stock (e.g., warehouse, display centre, floor stock)
  • Clearance items
  • Personalised items
  • Orders for non-domestic use

Within 5 business days of receiving your return, and subject to confirming it is in good condition, we will issue a store credit equal to the purchase price, minus initial and return shipping costs. Store credit is issued via email.

Store credit vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
