Delivery Fees
Delivery fees and times vary by product and are based on size, weight, and destination. The delivery price is calculated at checkout and included in your order total. If you change your delivery address or time after placing an order, additional charges may apply.
Delivery estimates assume drop-off inside your dwelling, up to and including the second floor. Delivery beyond this point must be requested and approved before placing your order. Approval depends on courier availability and payment of additional service charges.
Delivery Time
Most items will be dispatched to our delivery partners within 15 business days. Occasionally, certain items may require longer processing. If delays occur, we’ll notify you via email once your order has been dispatched or if we anticipate a delay.
Risk in the products passes to you upon commencement of delivery. We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage after delivery.
Delivery Partner
We work with multiple delivery partners. Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout or updated through our online team.
While our partners cannot commit to specific times, you will receive:
- A confirmation call approximately 48 hours before delivery
- A 4-hour delivery window
- A courtesy call about 1 hour before arrival
Standard Delivery Excludes
- Deliveries requiring more than 2 staff
- Access over fences or balconies
- Delivery beyond the second floor
- Deliveries exceeding 20 minutes
- Restricted access or parking
- Specific timed deliveries
Items are inspected before being loaded to ensure perfect condition. If you have special delivery requirements, let us know — a custom delivery may be arranged at additional cost.
While we can advise A.M. or P.M. windows, we cannot guarantee exact times. If you're not available during your agreed window, an additional delivery fee may apply.
Delivery Restrictions
We may refuse delivery to areas with high risk of loss, damage, or poor accessibility. You may arrange your own courier for such deliveries, but WFC will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
By placing an order, you agree to pay all applicable shipping and handling fees at checkout.
We deliver to most areas in South East Queensland. Eligibility will be shown through postcode verification on each product page.
Delivery Failure
Please ensure all delivery information is accurate before placing your order. If an incorrect address results in a return, you’ll be responsible for re-shipping costs. We also require a contact number for the delivery partner to coordinate your drop-off.
