Delivery Availability

Delivery available throughout Sydney, Canberra, and parts of regional NSW. Use the delivery calculator on product and cart pages for an exact cost to your postcode.

Delivery Date

Delivery dates are selected during checkout and are subject to availability in your area. If a date becomes unavailable, it will no longer be selectable. If no delivery date is selected, our delivery partner will assign a date within 15 business days.

In rare instances, delivery may not occur on the scheduled date due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, the delivery team will contact you to reschedule.

Any changes to the scheduled delivery date must be made by emailing WFC at least 72 hours prior.

Risk in the products passes to you at the commencement of delivery. We are not liable for loss, theft, or damage after delivery.

Delivery Partner

We partner with several transport companies who service the listed regions. Your order will be delivered to the address you provide at checkout or as updated through our online support team.

While specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed, you will receive a 4-hour delivery window and a confirmation call approximately 48 hours before your scheduled delivery.

Standard Delivery Limitations

Standard delivery does not include situations that:

  • Require more than 2 staff
  • Require access over a fence or balcony
  • Involve locations above the second floor
  • Take longer than 20 minutes
  • Have restricted vehicle access or parking
  • Require a specific delivery time

Items are thoroughly inspected before loading. If you have specific delivery needs, please inform us. Special arrangements can be made for an additional fee.

If you're unreachable or unable to accept delivery within your confirmed window, an additional delivery fee may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to areas considered high-risk or inaccessible. You may arrange your own courier for such deliveries, and assume all responsibility for loss or damage.

You agree to all shipping and handling charges shown at checkout.

Delivery exclusions or restrictions for your postcode will be noted during checkout and displayed on each product listing.

Delivery Methods

Delivery is to a ground floor or first floor only. For multi-story buildings, couriers will not deliver past the first floor. COVID-19 protocols may require delivery to garages or doorsteps instead.

We do not deliver to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers. All deliveries require a signature on arrival.

Delivery Failure

Please verify your delivery address before placing an order. If the address is incorrect and the delivery is returned, you will be charged for re-shipping.

A contact number is required and may be used by the courier to coordinate delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to your error after 21 days or two attempts (whichever is sooner), we reserve the right to cancel your order. In that case, a refund will be issued minus delivery and handling fees.
