Delivery date
The delivery date is selected at checkout. Availability depends on your location and the number of deliveries already booked. If a date is unavailable, it cannot be selected. If no date is chosen, our delivery partner will assign one within 15 business days. Occasionally, deliveries may be rescheduled due to factors beyond our control. If so, you will be contacted.
Any amendments to scheduled delivery dates must be made via email to WFC at least 72 hours prior to delivery.
Risk in the products passes to you once delivery begins.
We do not accept liability for any loss, theft, or damage to the products after delivery.
Delivery partner
We work with various transport companies servicing these areas. Your order will be delivered to the address provided at checkout, or updated via customer service. You’ll receive a 4-hour delivery window via SMS 24 hours prior, and a call 30–60 minutes before delivery.
A standard delivery does not include:
- Deliveries requiring more than 2 staff
- Access over fences or balconies
- Delivery above the second floor
- Deliveries taking longer than 20 minutes
- Restricted vehicle access or parking
- Specific timed deliveries
All items are fully inspected before being loaded for delivery to ensure they're in perfect condition.
Let us know of any special delivery requirements. These can be arranged for an additional fee.
If you are not available or contactable within the agreed time window, an additional delivery fee may apply.
We reserve the right to refuse delivery to certain locations where there's a high risk of loss or damage, or where access is limited. In such cases, you may opt to use your own courier, accepting full responsibility for any issues during transit.
You agree to pay all shipping and handling fees as shown during checkout.
Most products are delivered throughout Brisbane, regional QLD, Sydney, Canberra, and parts of NSW. Use the postcode tool on each product page for availability and exclusions.
Delivery methods
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. All deliveries are made to your door and require a signature.
Delivery failure
Please double-check your delivery address before ordering. If incorrect and the order is returned, you’ll be charged for redelivery. A valid contact number is also required. If delivery fails after two attempts or 21 days due to your error, your order may be cancelled and refunded minus delivery and handling fees.
Shipping Delays
We strive for timely deliveries, but delays may occur due to carrier or port issues, customs, or other logistical challenges. While we cannot guarantee delivery dates, we’ll keep you informed. Refunds or compensation are not issued for minor delays, including those related to ongoing national wharf delays.
