Delivery is Available Throughout:

• Brisbane Metro & surrounding areas
• Regional Queensland
• Sydney
• Canberra
• Parts of regional NSW

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. The delivery cost will be clearly shown at checkout before payment and included in your total. If you change your delivery address or time after placing your order, additional charges may apply.

Delivery estimates shown at checkout assume delivery to the front door of a ground-floor address.

Delivery Time

Delivery times vary by state. You can schedule your preferred delivery date and time during checkout — available slots will be shown before completing your order. If no delivery date is selected, our delivery partner will assign a time within a 15 business day window.

Delivery Methods & Locations

Express delivery is available to selected areas within QLD, Sydney, and the ACT. You can confirm delivery availability to your address using the delivery calculator at checkout.

Express delivery is to ground floor or second floor only if there is clear and safe access. 

Important Note

We currently cannot combine multiple orders for delivery in a single shipment. If you place separate orders, you must select delivery for each one individually.
