The bamboo carbon fabric helps regulate temperature and provides a hypoallergenic sleeping surface, ensuring a restful night's sleep while the edge foam encasement provides additional support, ensuring you do not need to worry about roll-off or sagging.
Delivery:
- Customers choose delivery date at checkout, receive an order confirmation email, and a confirmed delivery time window via SMS/email the day prior.
- Express delivery service includes unloading furniture in the nominated room but no assembly/unpacking. Delivery to a secodn floor is only available if there is clear safe access to do so.
- Redelivery fee may apply if customer is not home at delivery time.
- Delivery dates can be changed with 72 hours prior written notice.
- Dates/times are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, customer will be notified and delivery rescheduled.
Warehouse Collection:
- Customers select a collection day at checkout (you may collect on a different day during open hours if required).
- Customers must get printed invoice and collection docket from office/front counter, and provide photo ID.
- Authority to Collect form required if someone other than the person listed on invoice is collecting.
- Customers responsible for loading items into their vehicle with staff assistance only. Inline with workplace health and safety guidelines
- Staff may provide guidance to ensure safe and efficient loading.

The Lux Black Pocket Coil King Mattress (Plush) makes a bold statement the moment it arrives, and not just in comfort. This is a thick, high-profile, and very heavy mattress, clearly designed to feel indulgent and supportive rather than lightweight or minimal.
Once in place, the comfort level is outstanding. Despite its plush label, the mattress offers excellent support, striking that ideal balance between softness and structure. The pocket coil system provides a stable, supportive base that contours well to the body, making it easy to relax while still feeling properly supported. It’s particularly impressive for a plush mattress, avoiding the “sink too far” feeling and instead delivering a luxurious yet secure sleep experience.
The height and weight of the mattress add to its premium feel, it looks and feels substantial on the bed, elevating the overall presence of the room. However, this also comes with an important practical consideration. Due to its size and rigidity, this mattress is not suitable for homes with tight access or curved staircases. In our case, it simply would not make it up the stairs and had to be hoisted over a balcony, which is something buyers should factor in before delivery.
That said, once it’s in position, the mattress truly shines. Night after night, it delivers on comfort, support, and plush luxury, making it well worth the effort for those who can accommodate its installation needs.
